What's different about HRbox™?

HRbox™ is a subscription service for growth minded small to medium businesses, most likely between 10-250 employees. You can build your HR program based on your own needs as you grow and evolve, with our modular services.

What if I don't know what I need to be compliant or to drive business success?

Talk to one of our HR consultants to design a package that’s right for you. You can change it any time to add services as your needs grow or your headcount changes. If you are ready to move from basic compliance and unlimited advice for one designated company contact to wanting all your employees to have support you can change at any time. We already have a Payroll software account. Can you use that?

Yes, we can use other systems and can provide you an additional quote to manage your Payroll using any system you prefer. However, we generally make it mandatory to use CentralStation™ because it fully integrates your entire HR systems as a full people and culture management system. Other HRIS technologies don’t do a lot of what CentralStation™ does. We’re not like the others. CentralStation™ has been built by HR people for HR, including the ability to make your HR processes measurable and automated.

So, yes, you can use other software… but we don’t know why you’d want to.

Why is your on-boarding a separate scope of work?

Many different providers refer to ‘on-boarding’ as different things and it can be confusing. We help you input your existing data into our CentralStation™ people and culture management system as part of our onboarding, but it doesn’t stop there. It is essential that we audit all of your data for compliance and then we ensure rectification takes place to standard to protect you and your workers. This is different for every business depending on the state of their records and contract templates within their particular award criteria. Once you are compliant and everything is as it should be we also train your team on how to use our system and how to help maintain best practice. On-boarding, done properly, is more than just importing data. 

I’m an employee and need advice. Can you help?

Our HRbox™ High Performance Plan covers all our client’s employees for unlimited advice. We can also help employees of our clients on other subscription plans, depending on how many nominated contacts they opt for in the plan they choose. We also offer hourly support on a needs basis for those not covered in the regular plans as an optional extra.

How do your costs compare to hiring my own HR manager?

Our goal is to be far more cost effective than hiring your own HR team, and to provide the expertise from a team of commercially minded specialists driving your business success with measurable HR outcomes. We believe in HRROI (Human Resources Return On Investment). You don’t have fixed overheads and can scale as you change too. You gain all the expertise, save costs and you also have a designated consultant integrated within your team as if one of your own. Typical HR administration and communications require costly software and integrations as well, but we offer free people and culture software to all our subscribers, and 3 months free feature upgrades.

Isn't it cheaper to do it myself?
